EA Technology Sustainability and Impact Report

At EA Technology, sustainability is closely connected to our purpose: to drive reliable, sustainable energy for everyone. 

As electricity networks face growing pressure from electrification, ageing infrastructure and the need to connect more low-carbon technologies, our work helps customers make better decisions, improve resilience, unlock capacity and extend the life of critical assets. 

In 2025, independent impact analysis showed that for every £1 of EA Technology revenue, we created £2.80 of societal value and £6.50 of economic value. That equates to £135m of societal value and £318m of economic value across the year. 

In July we achieved integrated status for our SHEQ ISO certifications and in December we achieved validation of our near-term carbon reduction targets by the Science Based Targets initiative 

The report also reflects the progress we are making as a responsible and growing international business, from strengthening carbon measurement and governance, to improving representation, engaging local communities and maintaining a strong safety culture.
