Neil is the Managing Director of EA Technology Australia.

A Chartered Engineer and Member of the IET, Neil has over 25 years of experience in the sector and a long and varied career in EA Technology since joining the UK business in 1996. Starting in a technical services role he played a leading part in the development of non-intrusive condition monitoring tools and techniques for HV assets. An innovator who led the development team that won two UK Queens Awards for Innovation, he also played an integral role in the international development of EA Technology and the establishment of the global subsidiary companies.

Neil was Group Commercial Director of EA Technology before leaving the UK in 2014 to take over the running of EA Technology’s operations in Australasia with wider remit to work within the Asia Pacific regional businesses.

Consultant

Ana is a Future Networks Consultant at EA Technology Australia.

She joined EA Technology in 2018 as an Electrical Engineer through the company’s Internship Programme.

Having worked in several Electrical Engineering roles with EA Technology, Ana is now a Consultant within their Future Networks Team, focussing on projects related to; Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) integration, Distribution System Operator (DSO) transition, innovation strategy development and projects related to the achievement/enablement of a net-zero emissions future.

Ana's experiences have further strengthened her passion and drive towards sustainable development.
