Understanding the health (condition) and risk of failure of your assets is the first step in determining what investments need to be made over the coming months and years. This evaluation is an iterative step. As new inspection and test data becomes available and as unexpected changes occur, there is a need to continuously review the plans to ensure that they continue to deliver the value required by the organisation.
 
In this webinar, we provide an overview of the elements we use within the Common Network Asset Indices Methodology (CNAIM) and show how these are connected. We demonstrate some of the main principles behind the methodology and how these come together into a simple reporting matrix that has a clear line of sight between asset data and decision making.
