Adrian Vinsome
Product Manager
Adrian Vinsome is the Product Manager for Software Modelling & Platforms in EA Technology Ltd. He is responsible for the future direction of the software products that EA Technology offer. These products embody over 50 years of world-leading experience in electrical distribution system engineering and present it through easy-to-use web-based tools.
He has a strong low-carbon and consultancy background, having started his professional career with Jaguar Cars Ltd and then working on numerous collaborative research and development programmes with leading UK universities and more recently with Cenex, where he was Head of Energy Systems.
Adrian joined EA Technology to manage AutoDesign, an award winning development with Northern Powergrid to automatically provide cost estimates for new electrical connections, and Charge, with SP Energy Networks, which merges transport planning with electricity distribution network design to identify the best possible locations for chargepoints. He switched from project management to product management to focus on how best to deliver value to customers in the longer term, working on product roadmaps and launch plans that will meet current and future needs, so he remains closely associated with all of the software that EA Technology develops.
Adrian is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and an active IET member. He is a panel member for the IET Code of Practice for Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment Infrastructure and has advised Government on standards and requirements for EV charging infrastructure.
