EA Technology awarded triple ISO Certification

UK energy specialist EA Technology has been awarded triple ISO Certification.

The company has successfully achieved re-certification to ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality Management System, enhancing its portfolio of International ISO certifications.

The Quality standard is based on a number of quality management principles including strong customer focus, management of risk and opportunities to increase business efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

EA Technology first introduced ISO 9001 Quality Standard in the company in 1994, and today it boasts ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality, OHSAS 18001:2007 for its Health & Safety and ISO 14001:2015 for its Environmental systems.

The QMS Manager at EA Technology, said: “This is a great achievement for the company and one that we have worked hard for.

Obtaining any one of the standards is good but to have all three is exceptional. The achievement of these three standards demonstrates to our customers that we are committed to achieving high standards in the goods and services we offer. Customers are increasingly seeking out high quality and environmentally responsible products, services and business partners. These certifications indicate that, as a company, we take a responsible and proactive approach to compliance and protection.”

It is the intention of the company to work towards operating an Integrated Management System and to migrate their current Health & Safety certification from Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001 to 45001.
