EA Technology honoured with hosting the presigious IET Dinner

EA Technology had the honour of hosting some of the highest fliers in the Electricity Industry at the prestigious IET Dinner on 21st February 2018. Guests from all of the UK electricity distribution companies, met for a private reception before meeting in the Great Room at Grosvenor House on Park Lane, London where the good and the great in the engineering world meet every year to celebrate the achievements of the year and network with industry colleagues.

“It was an excellent evening of conversation and entertainment!” said Robert Davis, CEO. “Our guests are busy people and it was therefore a privilege to host them. David Coultard, the guest speaker, was inspirational!”

EA Technology shared some of its recent developments with its guests, including some of the new condition assessment instrumentation it has developed, as well its insights into the challenging world of integrating EV charging onto the electricity grids. “The future will largely focus on network visibility”, said Robert. “Being able to communicate with end users on their local network availability will be crucial to the DSO journey.”
